About Us

We have been a family owned business since 1981. We strive to be the best drafting company in the Rio Grande Valley. We provide great residential designs, your plan will be designed by designers not an Architect or Engineer. If for any reason an Architect or Engineer is needed we do have Companies that provide those services to us. We specialize in Residential Floor Plans and Light Commercial. We Design all or our plans using Softplan Ver. 12, Visual Cadd Ver. 4.04, & Chief Architect. All of our plans are custom designed. We will work with Individuals or with any construction company. Building Codes

RNTM Drafting Services designs your house plans following the 2000 or 2003 International Residential Codes known as 2000 or 2003 IRC CODES. If for any reason you hire us and your city or county Building permit department does not follow this codes we can still design your house plans for you, we just request that you sign a waiver form stating that you are refusing to follow this codes due to that your city or county offices does not follow them. For your information if you take this route you run the risk that your insurance company will not insure your house or your bank will not lend you the money due to that the house will not meet this codes. If you still want to sign the waiver go to waiver button above print it out sign the waiver and mail us the form with the original signatures to RNTM Drafting Services 505 N. 34th St. McAllen TX. 78501. Make sure the signatures are notarized before you mail it out to us.
